November was a monumental month for Yorkseed Europe, packed with impactful events and unforgettable connections. Following the success of our Yorkseed Passport Series in Lisbon during Web Summit—where we hosted six dynamic events—we continued the momentum with two standout gatherings in Paris.

On November 25th, we hosted the Ecosystem Mixer: Founders & Investors Night Out, our flagship Paris event. Over 100 RSVPs filled the room with energy as founders, investors, and tech venture community builders mingled and collaborated. To add a unique twist, we showcased four exciting startup pitches by talented founders from the Yorkseed community, highlighting the groundbreaking innovation that makes our network truly exceptional. The evening was a powerful testament to the strength of our global ecosystem. A special thanks to the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) for their incredible support.

🔹 Looking ahead to 2025:
The HKTDC is organizing a French delegation to Hong Kong for the Asian Financial Forum (AFF) on January 13-14, 2025. Yorkseed members can enjoy free admission (valued at USD 1,400), with renowned speakers like Antoine Gosset-Grainville and Vincent Mortier headlining the event. But the magic didn’t stop there. On November 28th, we celebrated American Thanksgiving in true Yorkseed style by hosting an intimate Thanksgiving Dinner with Club Y. Set against the cozy backdrop of Paris, this exclusive gathering brought together a select group of founders and investors for a night of meaningful conversations, collaboration, and gratitude—all while indulging in a delicious Thanksgiving feast. It was the perfect continuation of Monday’s networking, fostering deeper relationships and a sense of community.

Looking for volunteers to run some of these hubs. Paris, New York City, Austin | San Antonio, Miami, D.C., Los Angeles, Bay Area, Hong Kong, Lisbon, Sydney, Munich, Berlin, Helsinki, London, Singapore, SĂŁo Paulo, Buenos Aires | Rio, Toronto, Montreal, Dubai, Zurich, Milan, Global Hub (International). What does a local hub volunteer / co-organizer do?

  • Run a YorkseedTM event once a month. It must be Founders + Investors + Tech Executives focus. I am open to all sort of events from happy hours to panels, or even demo nights. To make it easier, it can be a co-branded event with another company.

  • Collect mailing list, YorkseedTM database building from all the attendees. Partnership, investor or collaboration opportunities for YS.

  • Feed me any local events you know will be coming up in the local city, and I will include them the newsletter.

The perks of being a local hub volunteer? You are exposed to high-level individuals, and infinite opportunities will come your way!
