Yorkseed made a massive comeback at Web Summit Lisbon 2026 — bigger, louder, and more unforgettable than ever. In less than two weeks of planning, we pulled off what most teams need months to execute:

7 signature events, a powerhouse lineup of partners, sponsors, performers, speakers, and collaborators, and a series of sold-out gatherings that activated the entire city during tech’s busiest week.

Despite Lisbon’s classic Web Summit storm — thunder, heavy rain, and all — over 200 people still showed up to our Final Closing Soirée alone. Every single event hit capacity. Our kickoff party surged past 800 RSVPs, and both our pre-game and pre-game after-party attracted hundreds of signups within hours.

What does a local hub volunteer / co-organizer do?

  • Run a YorkseedTM event once a month. It must be Founders + Investors + Tech Executives focus. I am open to all sort of events from happy hours to panels, or even demo nights. To make it easier, it can be a co-branded event with another company.

  • Collect mailing list, YorkseedTM database building from all the attendees. Partnership, investor or collaboration opportunities for YS.

  • Feed me any local events you know will be coming up in the local city, and I will include them the newsletter.
